What we collect

• Your name, phone number, delivery address and, if you give it, email address.
• Your orders, warranty claims and support requests (with any photos you attach).
• Basic technical data (such as your browser and IP address) to keep the site secure.

Why

To deliver your orders, send order updates by SMS or email, handle warranty and returns, prevent fraud, and meet legal duties. We do not sell your data.

Payments

Online payments are processed by SSLCommerz. Your card or mobile banking details go straight to them; we never see or store them.

Your cart

Your cart is saved in your own browser (local storage), not on our servers.

Shop statistics

To improve the shop we count visits, the pages and products viewed, items added to carts, how far checkouts get, and errors in the page. Your browser keeps a random visitor number for this (no cookie). If you fill in the checkout form but do not finish, we may call you to help.

Facebook (Meta) advertising

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our Facebook and Instagram ads. They receive the pages you visit, items you add to the cart and orders you place, with your phone number in a scrambled (hashed) form that cannot be read back. You can limit this in your Facebook ad settings or by blocking third-party scripts in your browser.

Sharing

We share only what is needed with our courier (name, phone, address), our SMS provider (phone number) and Meta for ad measurement (see above).
